Application Deadline April 15 (Fri), 2016
Eligibility
(1) Graduate students who are studying science and technology, such as electric/electronics, optics, image processing, mechanics, information technology, material engineering, chemistry, medical equipment, health/welfare, environment/energy, agriculture/functional foods.
(2) Students enrolled in the 1st academic year of master’s course as of April  2016.
(3) Those who wish to work in manufacturing industry after graduation.
(4) Those who have never received scholarships from Takano Gakujutsu-Shinko-Zaidan Foundation.
(5) Those who have excellent Japanese writing and speaking skill.
(6) Those who will not receive other scholarships (than JASSO scholarship or your University’s own scholarship program).

Amount Amount: 50,000 JPY/month
Duration: August 2016 to July 2017
# of applicants to be recommended few (All applicants fulfilling the eligibility criteria would be recommended.)
Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO. Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

(1) Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, 1 original
(2) Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school , 1 original and 1 copy
(3) Application form (Foundation-specified form), 1 original and 1 copy.
(4) Recommendation letter, 1 original and 1 copy
(5) Certificate of Registration, 1 original and 1 copy
(6) Abstract of your research, and an essay (see the 2nd page of the Foundation application form), 1 original and 1 copy.
