Eligibility
(1) Privately financed international students who are enrolling in the first year of a mastercourse as of April 2013.
(2) Those whose reseach field is relevent to humanities and social science.
(3) Those who are mentally and physically fit, who hold excellent academic records.
(4) Those who are able to communicate well in Japanese.
(5) Those who are not receiving funding from any other institutions more than 100,000 yen per month.
(6) Those who are interested in mutual understanding and friendly relations with Japan, and are expected to contribute to that in the future.
(7) Those who are under 30 years old as of April 2013.
Amount Amount: 50,000 JPY/month
Duration: Maximun period of 2 years (during master course) beginning in April of 2013

Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2. Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies
3. Letter of recommendation by the supervisor(Foundation form), original and one copy
