Application Deadline

Eligibility

(1)	Students with non-Japanese nationality who will have ‘college student’ visa status from April 1, 2016 and will register their residence in Japan.
(2)	Regular students who will be in the first or second academic year of a master course as of April 1, 2016.
(3)	Those who are of good enough health to pursuit studies in Japan, of excellent academic record, of good personality.
(4)	Those who have good communication skill in Japanese.
(5)	Those who have the strong will to contribute international understanding and mutual friendship.
(6)	Those who are able to attend Scholarship Students Activities held by NISF.
(7)	Those who can submit a scholar report every month.
(8)	Those who do not receive any sort of scholarship or subsidy while receiving the scholarship from NISF.
(9)	Those who work a part-time jobs of total 100 h during the designated period (April to September)
(10)	Those who are willing to participate NISF alumni activities as alumnus, even if his/her NISF scholarship is expired.

Amount

Amount: 110,000 JPY/month
Duration: 2 year from April 2016 to March 2018.
