International students who are non Japanese or Chinese, were allowed to enter Japan as students and are enrolled in graduate school as of October 2015 or are expected to enroll in April 2016. Only master students in engineering fields are eligible. |

Those who have excellent academic records and those who are both mentally and physically fit. Those who are master of specific area. |

Those who can communicate well in Japanese. |

Those who need financial support and do not receive other scholarships. If recipients are found to be receiving other scholarships, scholarship payment will be suspended and the amount should be paid back to the foundation. |

Those who are interested in international communication with Japan and those who are expected to contribute to international amity. |

Those who can attend our exchange seminars to be held every 2 months or our excursion in summer etc. |

Those who are under 30 years old as of March 31, 2016. |
