Privately financed international students who are studying at a graduate school in Chiba prefecture or who live in Chiba prefecture and commute to universities in neighboring prefectures. Research students who are going to be enrolled in master or doctoral course as of April, 2016 are eligible. |

Those who are not receiving more than 48,000 JPY from other foundation. JASSO scholars are not eligible. |

Those whose spouse is a Japanese/home country’s government scholarship holder or works in Japan are not eligible. |
(4) |
Those who are able to attend seminars hold by the foundation every month. |
(5) |
Those who are able to communicate in Japanese. |
