| <Q1> Will I get reimbursed for the air tickets I have purchased or the cancellation fee incurred if the program is cancelled? |

| <A1> Travel expenses will be borne by the individual. The Japanese government will update entry restrictions on April 1st. If the country you reside in is on the entry restriction list or requires a self-isolation period after entry, you will not be able to join the program. Thus, please purchase your air ticket after April 1st. If the UTSIP is cancelled after you have bought your air ticket, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee and other expenses incurred. |
